About the RODE Blimp
This blimp is made for the RODE microphones NTG1, NTG2 and NTG3 and other shotgun microphones that are no longer than 325 mm. The Rode blimp is including holder to mount on a (standard) 3/8 inch tripod.
The product consists of three parts:
- Blimp- Windscreen
- Handle with the (Rycote Lyre) Shockmount for your shotgun microphone
In compare with the previous version a huge improvement. With this new handle are hand noises, due to the otherwise grasp, past tense. The Rycote Lyre is a flexible, sturdy system where your microphone hangs in while shocks are absorbed.
