Returns

Are you not satisfied with your purchase? No problem. With Reporterstore you can return a product within 30 days. It is important that the product is returned complete, undamaged and in the undamaged original packaging.

In the event of damage to the original packaging, to the product or in the event of a defect caused by the buyer or by the return shipment to us, we will only refund that part that the product is still worth in the condition as returned.

Some items such as customized products and hygiene / consumables are excluded from return, for more information see "Article 10 - Exclusion of right of withdrawal" in our general conditions.

Steps for returning

1. Return your order within 30 days after receiving the product via service@reporterstore.com. Mention your order number, name and telephone number.

2. Send your package back to us with sufficient postage:

Provide the package with the original invoice and write the order number on the package. If you no longer have the invoice, you can look up the order here. Ensure that the product is returned to us completely, undamaged and in the undamaged original packaging.

The package must be returned to us within 30 days after your return.

3. If you cancel the agreement you will receive the full amount within 30 days paid back including the delivery costs (with the exception of any extra costs as a result of your choice for a different delivery method than the cheapest standard delivery provided by us). These 30 days start after we have been informed of your decision to cancel the contract. We will pay you back with the same payment method with which you made the original transaction, if possible. No fees will be charged for a refund. We wait with refund until we have received the goods back, or you have shown that you have returned the goods, whichever comes first.

If it concerns an exchange, the replacement product will be sent to you within 3 working days after the return has been received and checked.
