Shipping costs

All shipments outside the Netherlands are insured and have to be signed by the receiver. Take a look at
the transit times here. You will automatically recieve a tracking URL or tracking code.

EXPRESS DELIVERY

There is an express option with DHL/UPS/Fedex/TNT at extra charge. Contact us, so we can look up rates for you. 
For the USA/Canada for example we can ship with Fedex economy (5 day transit normally) starting at 22 EUR, or
Fedex Priority (1-2 days transit normally starting at 40 EUR. Contact us right after your order to upgrade shipping.

VAT NUMBER
Customers with a valid European VAT number can fill this in so that they can purchase with VAT shifted 0%.

Please make sure to fill out the number without the country code.

VAT/IMPORTAXES
For exports outside the EU we do not charge VAT, but you may have to pay VAT and import duties when 
importing in the country of delivery.

SURCHARGE FOR SHIPPING COSTS
A surcharge may be applicable for long / heavy / large packages or for remote areas in addition to the normal
shipping rates. We will contact you if this applies to your order.
