About the ZOOM H5 Four-Track Portable Recorder
Zoom H5 allows you to record sound through 4 audio tracks simultaneously. This recorder has two XLR mic inputs and two built-in microphones.
Application
This recorder is made to record professionally good sound. The H5 is widely used in podcasts, broadcasts and electronic news gathering. On the top of the recorder there is an X/Y microphone capsule (XYH-5) and at the bottom there are two XLR inputs to extend the recorder with two microphones.
Recording files
The recordings can be stored on the supplied SD/SDHC card in WAV, PCM or MP3 up to a maximum of 24-bit/96kHz sound quality. You can also easily save the files on your PC Via the USB port.
