The sE Electronics X1 S is a refined version of its predecessor the sE Electronics de X1. Improved in almost every way and just as affordable. A hand-crafted condenser microphone with numerous functions. In its class, the microphone had the highest dynamic range and SPL and more possibilities than other condensor microphones.

The Vocal Pack also includes a 3 meter XLR cable and SE Isolation Pack, a solid shockmount with an integrated adjustable pop filter.

Application

Like its predecessor, the X1 S is equipped with a handmade condenser capsule, carefully constructed and tuned by the technicians of sE. Compared to its predecessor, its own noise is very low, making it one of the most silent microphones. The microphone also has an improved sensitivity and a higher SPL. The-10 dB and-20 dB pad switches provide greater dynamic range, making the microphone suitable for a wide range of applications and close-mic techniques. Even for the loudest instruments, such as electric guitars, fortissimo brass and kick drums. The Low AF filter is switching to 80Hz or 160Hz, both filters eliminate low-frequency noises and compensate for the peak (proximity effect) in close-mic techniques.
