The RYCOTE Super Blimp Kit is a complete shock-mounting and windshield system for the microphones from the RODE NTG series. Record sound without vibrations, shocks or wind noise. This kit provides acoustic transparency and can be used with shotgun microphones up to 280mm with a diameter between 19 and 25mm.
With this Rycote Super-Blimp Kit you are assured of a robust and light solution for minimizing wind noise. The windshield also works as a shock mount, so vibrations (due to contact with the tripod) are eliminated. You place the microphone in a '' basket 'with a deadcat, this offers maximum protection against wind.
