The RODE Wireless Go 2 is an upgrade of the original Rode Wireless Go. This set consists of 2 transmitters and 1 receiver. This double set is ideal for influencers, vloggers and youtubers. An excellent condenser capsule is built into the transmitter of this ultra-compact clip-on microphone. So you can easily record audio for movies, presentations, journalism or vlogs. The Wireless Go II is compatible with cameras, smart media and computers, has an extended range (200 m line of sight) and improved connection quality.

Usage

The set has an integrated recording option. As soon as the receiver has established a connection, the sound is recorded. You can record up to 24 hours of audio in total, record all at once, or split the channels. In addition to a clip-on microphone, the transmitter can also be used as a transmitter with an external lavalier microphone thanks to the 3.5mm jack connection. The clip makes it easy to attach to clothing. The receiver is just as small (44x45x18mm) and can be easily attached to your camera hot shoe or to an item of clothing. You can also use the Interview GO adapter to create an interview microphone from the transmitters. For use with an iPhone, a Rode SC15 or SC19 cable is required. For use with an Android you need a Rode SC16 cable.

Thanks to the 2.4 GHz radio frequency with 128-bit encryption, you will have crystal-clear sound under all circumstances without interference. With a total range of 70 meters, you can record audio from a great distance. The built-in batteries last up to seven hours and can be charged quickly with a USB-C cable.

Connecting to the RØDECaster Series

You can pair up to two Wireless GO II transmitters to the RØDECaster Pro II or RØDECaster Duo and they will be treated like any other input channel, meaning that you can record, mix and apply the APHEX ® processing, effects to your wireless audio. To pair a Wireless GO II transmitter to your RØDECaster Pro II or Duo, access the channel set-up screen by pressing the physical button above the fader you wish to assign your wireless device to.
