Buying on account

For Business (direct)

Buying on account is no problem for companies and institutions in the countries of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Austria. A number of conditions are attached to this:

• You have a valid VAT number (a European VAT identification number starting with a country code), with the exception of government and health institutions.
• We do a pre-acceptance check that can take 1-2 business days. 
• The delivery address is the same as the company address. The company address is a company building, not a private address.
• The company has a valid website and company emailaddress.
• Minimum order value is 25 euro.
• Payment term is 30 days net without deduction.
• If payment is not made, you will receive a reminder. After this reminder, our debt collection service takes over the claim from us.
• Reporterstore can always decide (without further explanation) not to deliver on account.
• Exceptions to these rules are possible for regular customers and by mutual agreement.

You can simply order the products in the webshop and choose 'delivery on account'. You will be asked for a purchase order number, which is required for some companies for invoicing. If not applicable, just enter a dash here or N / A. in. You will receive a message if we can deliver on account. Your webshop order will be canceled (don't be alarmed, this is a basic step while the order is no longer handled by the webshop), the products are sent and you receive a digital invoice (drawn up by Event Media B.V.). You can also order by e-mail.

Private person (via Riverty / Klarna)

With Riverty you can choose for private (B2C) to buy on account. This option is only available to customers in the Netherlands in Belgium at this time. For Germany we have Klarna, a similar payment provider.
