BOYA BY-MM1 + microphone
With this set you will receive a compact shotgun directional microphone: BOYA BY-MM1 +. It is specially designed to improve the sound quality of videos compared to built-in microphones in your smartphone. In contrast to the regular BY-MM1, this BY-MM1 + has a higher sensitivity and produces less noise. In short: an even better recording. The microphone works without batteries, so you never have to worry about battery status.
You connect the BOYA microphone to your smartphone via the 3.5mm jack plug, the mobile phone then provides phantom power so that you can use the BOYA microphone. A shock mount (to reduce unwanted vibrations) and a windshield (to minimize wind noise and noise) are included as standard. This makes the set also suitable for outdoor use. The BOYA BY-MM1 + has an extra 3.5mm port to which you can, for example, connect headphones, so that you can listen to the recording in real time.
How do I position everything perfectly?
An adjustable table stand is included to secure your smartphone. Included with this tripod is a smartphone clamp, in which you can fix your mobile phone and position it perfectly in front of you. If you want to place your smartphone in a higher position, you can use the extension tube with which you extend the table tripod, as it were. You can adjust the angle with the ball head. The clamp has a threaded connection to which you can attach the BY-MM1 + microphone. Then switch on the LED lighting to optimally illuminate yourself.
Application
This set is ideal for use in video conferences, online meetings and chat sessions. The BY-VG350 is therefore perfect as a home work set, but is also very valuable for vloggers, YouTubers and use with podcasts.
