Transit Times

Orders placed before 17:00 on weekdays are usually shipped the same day*.

*if the products are in stock / not applicable to custom printed products / dutiable international shipment take a bit
longer to process because of preparation of the customs documents/paperwork

Printed/customized products

Printed products have an estimated production time that is indicated with the product.
Your order will only be processed or produced if the payment has been successfully completed.
If an exception occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible. 

Express delivery

If you would like to order something with an express shipment (TNT/Fedex/DHL/UPS), please contact us by phone.
For example we offer Fedex (economy shipments) that will only take a few days to get a package to you.

Average transit times

Below you can see the average transit times of the packages with Dutch Post (POSTNL) and DPD.
In some cases this may take longer due to delays, public holidays, customs or weather conditions.

Please note that if some of the ordered products are not in stock, we will not ship out partially on international orders
because of the high shipping costs. We will inform you on the expected shipping date as soon as possible.
