The Sennheiser AVX ME2-3 lavalier set has been specially developed for plug and record recording with full self-configuration, ideal for film and video production. The set consists of the EKP receiver, SK bodypack transmitter and an ME2 lapel microphone. The AVX system offers a variety of automatic functions aimed at flexibility and speed, including auto-dynamic range settings. The system has a function that quickly scans available frequencies and switches automatically before a disturbance is heard.
Connect the compact EKP receiver directly to the XLR input of a camera or recording device. This receiver includes the necessary adapters for use with DSLRs, and is pivotable, allowing it to be used with other equipment mounted on the camera. When it detects 48V power supply, the EKP turns on and off automatically, extending battery life.
