Saramonic XLR Shotgun Microphone SR-TM1
The SR-TM1 from Saramonic is a shotgun microphone. This has been specially developed for (semi-) professional cameras. So you can count on a perfect registration of the general sound in every situation. The microphone is ideal for ENG productions, filmmakers and TV productions. The SR-TM1 comes with an XLR cable (male to female), which allows you to connect the microphone to the XLR female input of your camera. In order to be able to make recordings in excellent quality outside on location, the SR-TM1 is supplied with a pop cover as standard. The microphone can record for about 150 hours due to the built-in rechargeable battery. It is easy to charge using the supplied micro USB cable.
Application
If you want to be assured of good sound quality when filming general images, the SR-TM1 is an excellent choice. The SR-TM1 can be placed on the hot shoe of your camera using the supplied Mic Clip. Due to the cardioid characteristic, mainly sounds from the front are picked up, and much of the sound from the rear is blocked. For cameras with an XLR input, the SR-TM1 is a nice addition to your film set.
